Townsends can now stamp your new trust deeds

26/02/2016

Tired of waiting weeks to get your family trust or unit trust deeds stamped by the NSW or VIC state revenue offices? Send them to us instead!

Townsends can now stamp family, discretionary and unit trust deeds established in New South Wales and Victoria on a complimentary basis when you order that trust deed through us.

This means that you no longer have to send the trust deeds to the state revenue office in these two states and can simply post them back to us instead.

Once we receive them, we check that the trust deeds have been properly executed and then stamp them as agents of the relevant state revenue office before returning them to you.  All of this done in a matter of days, not weeks.

As an added bonus, we will retain stamped copies for electronic storage so you never have to worry about losing all copies of the trust deeds.
